I studied econometrie at the University of Bologna (Italy) and subsequently supported companies at PwC in Germany in optimizing their processes and reducing risks. Prior to LANZ, I was responsible for the internal organization of The Explorer Compagnie, a Netherlands-based international trade organization, and actively involved in business development projects. In 2007, I founded LANZ and became active in several European countries.
The core of LANZ is to help people to be heard and understood by addressing the issues that are essential to them. I did post-university studies in conflict management, change management and system design and am a partner of Medius GmbH in Münster. I speak German, Dutch, Italian and English.

The ability to adapt and move forward without getting out of your anchors is a growing “art” in our ever-changing world. And not always easy. LANZ helps people to deal effectively with change inside or outside themselves and / or to work better. Fast and concrete with proven methods and techniques such as change management, business mediation, system design and team development. Complemented with my experience and my own understanding of the essence of change: starting from what affects and matters to people. Big and small things.
Methode of operation
LANZ prefers short and effectieve trajectories. I work neutral, transparent and result-oriented with attention and respect for all concerned. The nature of the problem and the possibilities of the participants then determine what exactly happens. In everything I do, I want to make my companionship as “easy” as possible, and to enable those involved to regain or to increase (their own) security, harmony, and autonomy as quickly as possible.
