Phoenix Programme

Attached is a brief overview of the unique programme we facilitate from Dazo in Arnhem.

Dazo is a social enterprise that aims to bring circularity and sustainability to life. It is an incubator where people think in terms of opportunities and possibilities and where many initiatives have already emerged, such as BaanBuurtBureau, Spijkerbike, Spijkerzwam and Buurtgroenbedrijf. Soon, Dazo will also be your springboard for your initiative to create your own sustainable living environment. For this, we will work with you, and up to eight other participants, as follows:

Week 1 & 2
Activating resilience by mapping your mental and physical resources and looking at your possibilities to determine and influence things yourself.

Week 3 & 4
Building confidence by helping you adopt patterns that serve your sustainable living environment.

Weeks 5 & 6
Renewal by helping you discover the little things that make a big difference. Small changes can quickly make a big impact as a result.

15 minutes per day

Daily Practice
15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to strengthen mental fitness. These exercises are bite-sized to fit the busy schedule and customised based on the analysis.

Weekly Focus
Weekly hour-long video delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus, and inspiring to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.

Weekly supervision and activating work
Weekly supervisions at the Dazo site, organised and facilitated by Alex and Christian for establishing new habits. Supervision takes place every Monday morning during the programme. Afterwards, we prepare lunch together. In the afternoon, you perform activating activities based on your own preferences, or work on physical fitness. One to another based on goals and your available resources.

Measurable Progress
Motivation through immediate feedback from the application we use supportively to understand the progress of your resilience.

After laying the foundation through the Phoenix Programme, we will guide you through the desired areas of growth on a personal and |or business level.
