Set Your Course – and excel in Personal Leadership

What do we ask of you?

Just 15 minutes of daily practice, supported by practical app exercises. This helps you take the helm with greater confidence and self-awareness, and better manage your energy, resilience, and relationships.

In addition, you participate in five sessions, each lasting between one and a half to three and a half hours, either in person or online — depending on the format and needs of your learning journey. During these sessions, we provide you with the tools to guide you step by step toward the place where, anytime and anywhere, you always have the wind in your sails.
