Tailor-made programme

The starting point of the mentally-fit programme is an analysis of your saboteurs. The saboteurs represent behavioural patterns that rank differently in each person and affect our mental fitness. In the attached case, the Restless, the Pleaser and the Hyper-Rational are dominant. These three, along with the six others, can have the following impact on the performance, relationships and wellbeing on the team:

 

Restless Constantly in search of greater excitement in the next activity or constant busyness.

Pleaser Gaining acceptance and affection by helping, pleasing, rescuing of flattering others.

Hyper Rational Focussing on the rational processing of everything, including relationships.

Controller Need to take charge and control situations and people’s actions to one’s own will.

Stickler Perfectionism and need for order and organisation taken too far.

Hyper Achiever Depending on constant performance and achievement for self-respect and self-validation.

Avoider Focussing on positive and pleasant, respectively avoiding difficult and unpleasant tasks and conflicts.

Victim Emotional as a way to gain attention and affection.

Hyper Vigilant Anxiety about all the dangers and what could go wrong.

15 minutes per day

After the analysis, a personalised app helps you become aware of the saboteurs’ influence on your mental fitness and adjust where necessary. And adjust where necessary, to get a grip (again) on goals, issues, change, well-being or relationship. This requires the following commitment:

Daily Practice
15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to strengthen mental fitness. These exercises are bite-sized to fit the busy schedule and customised based on the analysis.

Weekly Focus
Weekly hour-long video delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus, and inspiring to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.

Weekly supervision
Weekly online supervisions of one hour each facilitated by us. We help to establish a support and accountability group with other program participants. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.

Measurable Progress
Motivation through instant feedback on exactly how much progress is made towards building awareness.
