Dare to be aware
Imagine a small boat that, with enough wind in its sails, can even carry a cruise.
One of my children drew this. Above it, in elegant letters, it said: “The big key is yourself.”

What do we ask of you?
- Weekly focus
For six weeks, we will spend one hour together each week, allowing you to move step by step closer to the place where you have wind in your sails anytime and anywhere. - Daily practice (15 minutes)
Short, practical app-based exercises that help you keep a steady hand on the helm and better steer your energy, resilience and relationships.
