Grip

Globally, people in organisations are part of a system of drives, goals and circumstances continuously transforming. People in organisations who can adapt ‘on the go’ get a grip on performance, relationship and wellbeing on their team.

How do you, your team and your organisation keep a grip?

Programme

The leadership training is a selection of the Change on the go® training for Business Coach and Mediator certified in Germany at the BMWA® (Federal Association for Business Mediation and Coaching) and will be tailored to your specific needs and goals. The programme consists of three modules in which you will explore, learn and practice with:

Module 1_How do I keep moving?
Every person is and will always be the hub of his own context. How he turns, and in what situations he can twist or tighten too tightly, we explore together in the first module. To this end, we hold personal leadership strategies up to the light and reflect on them critically. What works? What doesn’t? A dialogue with an elite teamcoach about impact as a leader offers deeper insights and supports the process of calibrating the personal leadership compass.

Module 2_How do I help other people moving?
Ignore? React? Relax? Set boundaries? Giving space? How do you respond primarily? How secondary? How do you perform under pressure? And how to be flexible? Excursion into group dynamics and reflection of your own role using a personality analysis. You also gather knowledge and insights on emotional intelligence and experience the impact of coaching on, and with emotions. All this to get people moving individually. A dialogue with an elite teamcoach on how to make one team out of direct competitors gives this module additional flavour.

Module 3_How do we stay in motion together?
A team without a leader is still a team. But what is a leader without a team? A critical look at leadership in the team – when, where and how to intervene – is the focus of this module. Participants will be sensitised to their role in the force field of desirable, achievable and profitable and experiment with proven interventions to get and stay moving together. Interactive module including a dialogue with an elite teamcoach on how to create a high-performing team.
